Ensuring payment security
For online payments (which can only be made from myaccessing.app) we use Worldline, Stripe or SBP Bitcoin (hereafter PSP, "Payment Service Provider") and follow their its rules and best practices to prevent fraud, terrorism and money laundering.
If you order with accessing.app (with or without an account) from one of our merchants, we do not send any of your personal data, such as e-mail addresses or addresses, to the PSP. On the other hand, the PSP may explicitly and directly ask you for them, depending on the context (payment method, currency used, amount, etc.), but this data never passes through us.
You become our customer if and only if you create an establishment from your account on our platform. Some of the personal data you have entered with us will then be transmitted to the PSP, but only for the purposes of your monthly billing with us.
To ensure the best possible integration, we've been a Worldline and SBP Bitcoin partner since 2024, and a Stripe partner since 2022.
Self-certification, fraud prevention
Through our platform myaccessing.appplatform, we respect the best practices of e-commerce platforms. We guarantee inalterability, security, conservation and archiving of sales data (for the benefit of merchants on our platform), with a view to control by the tax authorities.
Unlike cash registers, all transactions in myaccessing.app are initiated and paid for by the buyer. Archiving is guaranteed for 10 years, and double control of financial transactions with the PSP ensures complete transparency.

When you delete your account, all your personal data (email, address, etc.) are systematically deleted by us.
If you delete an establishment from your account, once your balance has been settled, we will delete all your data linked to that establishment and your sales data will be archived with us for 10 years, inaccessible to anyone other than the IT administrator.
