Ensuring Payment Security
For online payments (which only occur via myaccessing.app), we use Worldline, Stripe, or SBP Bitcoin (hereinafter PSP, "Payment Service Provider") and follow their rules and best practices in data management to prevent fraud, terrorism, and money laundering.
If you place an order with accessing.app (with or without an account) through one of our merchants, we do not send any of your personal data, such as your emails or addresses, to the PSP. However, the PSP may explicitly and directly request this information from you depending on the context (payment method, currency used, amount, etc.), but this data never passes through us.
You become our client if, and only if, you create an establishment from your account on our platform. In that case, some of your personal data that you have entered with us is then transmitted to the PSP, but solely for the purpose of your monthly billing with us.
To ensure the best integration, we have partnered with Worldline and SBP Bitcoin since 2024, and with Stripe since 2022.
Self-certification, fraud prevention
Through our platform myaccessing.app, we adhere to the best practices for e-commerce platforms. We guarantee the conditions for the immutability, security, retention, and archiving of sales data (for merchants on our platform), for the purpose of tax administration control.
Unlike traditional cash registers, all transactions on myaccessing.app are initiated and paid for by the buyer. Archiving is guaranteed for 10 years, and the dual verification of financial transactions with the PSP ensures complete transparency.

When you delete your account, all your personal data (email, any addresses, etc.) is systematically deleted from our system.
If you delete an establishment from your account, once your balance is settled, we delete all your data related to that establishment, and your sales data is archived by us for 10 years, inaccessible to anyone other than the IT administrator.
